I decided to start doing Forever-ago Fridays, to starts highlighting some of the older projects that I have done.
This is an Easter Tree that I did using a few simple materials…
I wrapped an old tree branch with twine and glued on some silk leaves and a bird. I then glued it into a painted terra cotta pot and added some moss. To top it off, I hung a few fake Easter eggs. It turned out cute and my girls love it!
IN the spirit of Easter décor, this is a Pinterest inspired piece that I did for FREE using craft stuff I already had.
Instead of using canvas, I actually printed a chevron print directly onto cardstock paper and then painted it. I did adhere the cardstock to a hard surface, so that the paper would not curl while being painted!
I did the same to the rabbit print…
I attached the rabbit using foam adhesive strips to give it some dimension and then I made a string pom pom for the tail and glued it on…

PAINTED BUNNY WITH POM POM TAIL
I don’t know what it is with these painted rabbits with POM POM tails, but I think I will have to try it!
Again you could do a burlap pillow with a bunny or a simple canvas…so many options!
